11) Completion of Professional CV Writing Service

You will be contacted to review your CV by email, three or five days following consultation. If your telephone consultation is conducted outside of business hours, then the working days will be calculated from the next business day, following your consultation.   All CVs will be formatted in Microsoft word unless otherwise agreed at the time of consultation. If you want to convert your CV into another format then you will do so at your own risk.

Any amendments made by you following the receipt of your new CV that have been made without prior agreement, will result in no further work being undertaken or guarantees being upheld.

12) Aftercare Terms and Conditions for Professional CV Writing Service

Within one to five days:

We offer one request for alterations, free of charge, which expires five working days from sending this email.  Email the document, highlighting the required alterations to us Alterations will be made within 7 working days of your email being received.

13) Our Complaints Procedure

When a complaint is received, the full details will be recorded in the Complaint Log, including emails, letters and telephone calls.

A response will be made to the customer within 5 working days.

Where the complaint is of a more complex nature and requires further investigation, the customer will be contacted within 5 working days and advised of this. The customer will be given an indication of how soon a full response will be made.

Where it is not possible for a complaint to be resolved, the customer will be given a clear explanation in writing.

14) Cancellation Policy for Purchased Services

Distance Selling Regulations shown here negate your right to cancel, as your contract commences when payment details are given by you.

The supply of services and personalised goods, as outlined in Distance Selling Regulations 13, “the consumer will not have the right to cancel the contract by giving notice of cancellation pursuant to regulation 10”, 13:1A and 13:1C in respect of contracts for the supply of services if the performance of the contract has begun with the consumer’s agreement; before the end of the cancellation period.

However, we recognise clients can have a change of circumstance and therefore offer a cancellation policy, that balances the cost of our Administration, Lost Bookings and Research Work undertaken, prior to a booking,:

If you cancel* with us:

Up to 2 working days prior to your Appointed Consultation: 10% will be deducted from the refund.

Up to 1 working day prior to your Appointed Consultation: 25% will be deducted from the refund.

Cancellation on the day attracts the full 100% Cancellation Fee.

* Cancellations are scheduled to the next working day, where cancellations are made outside of normal business hours.

Refunds due will be credited back to you within 30 days of cancellation order.

15) Satisfaction Guarantee

We will make a full refund of the price paid for the services if you are not totally satisfied with the CV and you receive written feedback from an independent and reputable recruiter or employer who states the style and layout of the CV was a key factor in not progressing your application.
